Sharithma Almodovar

Director of Culinary Operation

Chef Shary is a force to be reckoned with. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in the kitchen alongside her grandmother who taught her the traditional ways of cooking. She went on to pursue her passion in South Florida, attending culinary school and working her way up from a line cook to a sous chef, mastering her skills at high-end establishments. She later became a Chef de Cuisine and then an Executive Chef, executing  well-balanced menus with intense flavors. Her culinary talent knows no bounds, and she's had the opportunity to cook for VIP guests such as Bill Clinton, Martha Stewart, Ellen DeGeneres, and Anthony Bourdain.

Chef Shary is always pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the kitchen by experimenting new flavors and techniques to deliver a culinary experience like no other. She has a natural talent for menu development and excels in catering and events. Her cooking is not only delicious, but also unconventional, making her a sought-after chef in South Florida.

Omar Forero

Director of Catering & Hospitality

Omar Forero is driven to exceed every expectation and to make your event unforgettable. With over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Omar has a keen eye for detail and a drive to surpass expectations, ensuring your event is nothing short of extraordinary.

34 years ago, Omar moved to the United States from Columbia and began his career here in Miami at the Marriott Hotel. Over the past 17 years, he worked his way up the ranks and eventually became the director for events. He also served as the Banquet & Beverage Director for Barton G and was recognized with numerous awards and accolades for his achievements.
