FAQ

  • Do you provide packages?
    We don’t have set packages, as each event is distinct and unique we work with each client to create a customized experience.
  • Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
    Yes we can, please let us know in advance if some of your guests have special dietary needs and we would be more than happy to accommodate them.
  • Can you provide kosher catering?
    We are not a kosher caterer, however we can provide you with a kosher style menu. If desired we have kosher partners that we partner with to provide Kosher meals.
  • Can I provide my own liquor?
    Yes you can. We will work with you on putting together consumption estimates based on your event needs. The only exception is if you are working with a venue which requires a liquor license.
  • Do you offer food tastings?
    Yes, we offer tastings for weddings and large galas. Tastings start at $200 for up to 4 people, with the fee going towards your deposit if you choose to book with us. Why the Fee? Well as you can imagine, tastings can be quite expensive and time consuming to produce, so this helps cover some of our costs.
  • Do you offer drop off service?
    Yes we offer drop off service for a minimum of 10 guests plus taxes, and delivery fee.
  • Do you require a minimum?
    Yes, we have a $1,000 food & beverage minimum for all events that includes staffing. Weekend minimum rates vary during season.
  • What areas do you cater to?
    We cater to all of South Florida and Monroe County.
